People – Social Impact: We donate 2% of revenues to a local charity of the client’s choosing. Since we work in regions across Canada, we want to demonstrate our commitment to your local communities. We also believe that diverse perspectives and backgrounds allow us to do our best work. Specifically, as a female-owned organization, we are committed to elevating the role of women in leadership positions in the travel and tourism industry.
Planet – Environmental Impact: As a virtual organization, we reduce our daily commuting impact on the environment. When we travel to meet our clients—whether by land or air—we participate in a Carbon Offset Program.
Profit – Financial Impact: While we believe in providing good value to our clients. We also believe that all employees, contractors, and suppliers are paid a living wage.
The founder behind Destinate Group
Lori believes in the power of ideas paired with down-to-earth implementation strategies to produce results. Lori’s late professor, Dr. Richard Long, inspired her to think about the traditional structures of the workplace differently.
